Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and consultation to customers on TimescaleDB administration, design, optimization, and implementation
• Manage support cases from initiation to resolution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience
• Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
• Technical support experience with external customers
• Aptitude to understand and learn new software products
• Experience in relational database administration, data modeling, and query optimization
