Job Summary

A company is looking for a Database Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute database backups, disaster recovery procedures, and failover mechanisms to ensure data availability
• Monitor database systems to proactively identify and resolve performance issues and data inconsistencies
• Implement and maintain database security measures to protect sensitive data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience or Master's with 2 years of experience
• Proven experience as a Database Administrator managing enterprise-level databases
• Strong proficiency in database administration, including installation, configuration, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with AWS RDS features and SQL Server Availability Groups
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
