Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Strategy Analyst to join their Unification & Enrichment team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the development and execution of customer data and analytics platforms to align with the Customer Data vision
• Provide expertise on projects utilizing internal customer data, including enterprise data lakes and marketing platforms
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders within Data Analytics, Marketing, and Technology to ensure alignment with cross-channel strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of experience in the customer and analytics space, ideally in retail
• Deep experience with customer data and analytics products like CDPs, CRMs, and Data Lakes (Snowflake experience preferred)
• Proficient in SQL, SnowSQL, or Python, with experience using PowerBI
• Strong acumen in CRM and identity resolution, with knowledge of advanced customer segmentation techniques
