Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Scientist to optimize workforce planning through advanced modeling and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement long-term forecasting models for workforce planning and budget allocation
• Manage projects and collaborate with leadership to align staffing models with business objectives
• Translate operational requirements into mathematical optimization models to address workforce challenges

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data science, operations research, or related quantitative role
• Expertise in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, R) and knowledge of SQL and Excel
• Working knowledge of workforce management tools (e.g., Genesys, NICE, Aspect)
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling and optimization techniques for resource allocation
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles
