A company is looking for a Middle Data Analyst in the Voice of the Customer domain within the Customer Experience department.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer feedback and sentiment using NLP and text analytics to extract insights
• Map customer journeys and correlate VoC data with operational metrics to identify improvement areas
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings and support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Metabase
• Familiarity with predictive and prescriptive analytics techniques
• Upper-intermediate proficiency in English
