Logistics Coordinator

Office Location: 1901 Royal Lane, Dallas, TX, 75229

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Handling any shipping/extraction email queries received from the Account Executives and Cyber Technologists with regards to their accounts and appliances.
• Liaising with customers to arrange the extraction of our appliances, helping them to prepare them for shipment and arrange the courier service for them to be collected and returned.
• Ensuring monthly targets of extractions are hit in order to have the required number of appliances returned to our appliance hubs for re-purposing.
• Helping to arrange and prepare shipments out of our depots primarily but also assisting other departments in any shipping requirements they may have.
• Monitoring all shipments to ensure they arrive on time and resolving any issues encountered along the way to keep the process as smooth and quick as possible.
• Maintaining records on our internal systems to ensure that all information Is current and accurate with regards to the whereabouts of all stock.
• Ensuring that the general day to day running Is smooth and efficient.

Requirements

• Experience working in an office environment and dealing with administrative tasks
• Excellent Numeracy and communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated and able to prioritize work
• Familiar with Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Experience in dealing with courier services and international shipments is ideal, but not required
