Wavenet is seeking a Modern Workplace Product Manager to take ownership of the full lifecycle management of our technical portfolio, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Managed Desktop, and Modern Workplace solutions. This role involves developing, standardising, and packaging service solutions for customers, ensuring our portfolio remains competitive and innovative.

As a key player in our product management team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders—including sales, commercial, and vendor alliances teams—to shape product strategy, conduct market research, and drive portfolio growth. Additionally, you will liaise with external partners and suppliers to enhance Wavenet’s offerings.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in cloud services, virtual desktops, endpoint management, and collaboration tools, combined with commercial acumen to bring products to market successfully. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and launch new Modern Workplace products and services.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from introduction to retirement.
• Conduct market research to identify risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Create and manage product roadmaps and business plans.
• Work with the commercial team on pricing strategies and cost models.
• Collaborate with sales teams for positioning, training, and sales enablement.
• Maintain supplier relationships and review contract terms.
• Drive continuous improvement and transformation of legacy products.

The ideal candidate will have:

• IT Services Industry Experience – Proven background in designing, developing, or implementing Modern Workplace services or solutions.
• Technical & Commercial Acumen – Strong understanding of technical solutions alongside commercial, go-to-market, and sales strategies.
• Data-Driven Decision Making – Ability to analyse data and insights to inform product and service decisions.
• Collaboration & Teamwork – Experience working in virtual, geographically dispersed teams and engaging cross-functional stakeholders.
• Operational & Sales Knowledge – Familiarity with sales and operational processes and their interaction with project and service delivery teams.
• Strong Organisational Skills – Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with attention to detail, accuracy, and diligence.
• Excellent Communication – Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Qualifications (Desirable) – Microsoft (Modern Workplace) and ITIL certifications are advantageous but not essential.
