Dairy MAX is seeking a strategic and action-oriented leader to serve in an embedded role within the Dallas Cowboys’ Community Relations team. As the Official Nutrition Partner of the Dallas Cowboys, Dairy MAX works side-by-side with the team to co-create programs that support whole-child wellness and reinforce the message that nutrition fuels performance—on the field and in life.
This role supports and promotes the Cowboys’ leadership in youth health and wellness, helping amplify their community initiatives with impactful, science-based nutrition messaging. The Marketing & Partnerships Manager will lead community-facing initiatives, activate key events, and work across both organizations to ensure Dairy MAX is positioned as a trusted partner and resource.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and strong relationship builder who can confidently navigate two distinct organizational cultures. They know how to align messaging with broader community goals, build trust across teams, and act boldly to identify opportunities where nutrition can make a meaningful impact, especially with youth and families.
