This externally focused role helps maintain and grow the agency’s public presence through brand management, social media, email campaigns, marketing collateral, and basic web content updates. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure sales tools are on-brand and community engagement is visible and active.

1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital content creation, or brand support
Strong writing and editing skills with a clear, professional tone
Proficient in Visme or similar tools for visual content creation
Familiarity with scheduling in Hubspot for social media, and the campaigns
Understanding of brand consistency and tone
Basic experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Dripify, Mailchimp, or similar)
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on assigned tasks
You are a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’re comfortable working with shifting priorities and can adapt quickly when direction or client needs evolve. You take initiative, communicate effectively, and stay solution-oriented despite tight timelines. You value collaboration but are also confident managing your workload independently. Most importantly, you care about delivering high-quality work that helps our leadership team and clients succeed.
This is a part-time contractor role estimated at approximately 10 hours per week. Availability during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST) is required to support team and client needs. Hourly rate and potential for increased hours may vary based on experience, demonstrated skill level, and project demands.
