Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with partner labs to manage sample and document requests and coordinate shipping
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer retention goals and improve turnaround times
• Build and maintain strong relationships with laboratory employees and internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Biological Sciences or a related field preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with the ability to complete tasks accurately
• Proven ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to new processes
• General office equipment and software knowledge
