Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with publisher and advertiser partners
• Lead onboarding for new partners and conduct quarterly business reviews to maximize account value
• Monitor campaign metrics and provide strategic recommendations to help partners achieve their KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail media, advertising, e-commerce, or related fields
• Technical knowledge of affiliate tracking and e-commerce advertising, with CRM proficiency
• Self-motivated and organized, with strong time management skills
• Startup mentality, adaptable to rapid change and comfortable with ambiguity
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
