Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, driving customer satisfaction and fostering relationships
• Lead end-to-end customer renewals and identify expansion opportunities aligned with customer success goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and proactively resolve challenges

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in the technology or SaaS industry
• Strong business acumen to articulate how technology solutions deliver measurable value
• Proven ability to lead complex customer relationships with technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to identify and execute growth opportunities while driving adoption across customer organizations
• Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously with high attention to detail
