• Lead the onboarding process to ensure a fast and seamless launch of products for clients
• Serve as a dedicated liaison between clients and internal teams, managing client relationships
• Proactively monitor client metrics and facilitate business reviews to ensure customer success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
• Proven ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience working with complex, multi-divisional customers
