Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product Teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical support
  • Design and implement innovative solutions to address customer challenges
  • Triage and replicate support requests while managing high-volume demand
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in client-facing customer success or technical customer success roles
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript and building with SDKs, ideally using React
  • 2+ years of experience in Web3 or blockchain technology
  • Ability to manage and triage a high volume of customer requests
  • Must be based in the Americas to ensure timezone overlap with the team
