A company is looking for a Customer Success Architect to serve as a technical advisor and strategic partner for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy solutions based on customer needs for security and observability
• Lead onboarding and implementation engagements, ensuring timely delivery and knowledge transfer
• Translate customer requirements into architecture diagrams and automation workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as solutions architecture or professional services
• Strong technical foundation in cybersecurity, log analytics, or SIEM platforms
• Experience managing Linux servers in production environments
• Hands-on experience with Linux and scripting languages like Bash or Python
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and associated logging pipelines
