Customer Learning Experience Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Learning Experience Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build engaging learning experiences and course content for customer training across key lifecycle stages
  • Manage the LMS by uploading, testing, assigning, and reporting on training materials, optimizing programs based on data
  • Incorporate AI tools to enhance course development efficiency, content quality, and learner engagement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Training Education, Communications, or equivalent work experience
  • Three (3)+ years of experience in designing and developing web-based training, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a learning management system (LMS)
  • Strong understanding of learning styles and instructional methods
  • Experience using AI tools in instructional design is highly preferred
