Retail Operations Associate

Culinary Depot’s Oakland Park showroom is looking for a Retail Operations Associate to support our team with inventory management, store cleanliness, customer assistance, and more. Key Responsibilities: 

Inventory Management: 

• Cycle Counts: Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy and consistency. 

• Stock Tracking: Monitor and track stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations. 

• Ordering and Restocking: Place orders for inventory as needed and ensure timely restocking of shelves. 

• Item Placement: Organize and place items on shelves according to store layout and product placement guidelines. 

Store Maintenance: 

• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, floors, and displays. 

• Straightening Up: Regularly straighten up the store to ensure a neat and attractive presentation. 

Customer Assistance: 

• Register Support: Assist customers at the register, handling transactions efficiently and accurately. 

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries and helping with product selections. 

• Store Assistance: Help customers find products, answer questions, and offer recommendations as needed. 

Operational Support: 

• Process Adherence: Follow store processes and procedures for stocking, inventory management, and customer service. 

• Collaboration: Work with team members to ensure smooth store operations and effective communication.
