Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cryogenic Service Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage storage account and cryogenic shipping leads while ensuring effective communication with clients
• Support prospective and current clients with inquiries regarding fertility preservation and storage services
• Input and manage data accurately in software systems to facilitate operational processes

Required Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of inside sales or customer service experience in a healthcare environment
• Proficiency in CRM software, billing systems, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office
• Experience in cryogenic account management and/or the fertility field is preferred
• Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred
• Results-oriented mindset with strong adaptability and relationship management skills
