Who We Need:

The CRM Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive CRM strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in customer relationship management, advanced data analytics, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to optimize our CRM initiatives, ensuring personalized and effective communication with our customer base.

What You Will Do:
• Develop and implement CRM strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
• Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns, including email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Align CRM strategies with overall business objectives and marketing goals.
• Utilize advanced analytics to segment the customer base and identify opportunities for targeted marketing.
• Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and optimize CRM activities.
• Leverage customer data to create personalized and relevant communication strategies.
• Manage and optimize CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Total Expert).
• Ensure the efficient operation of CRM systems and integrations with other business systems.
• Stay current with emerging CRM and marketing automation trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure cohesive and integrated CRM efforts.
• Work closely with the data analytics team to enhance customer insights and reporting capabilities.
• Design and implement customer journeys that enhance the overall customer experience.
• Ensure that CRM activities are consistent with the brand’s voice and values.
• Address customer feedback and use it to improve CRM strategies.

What You Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in CRM marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful CRM campaigns and strategies.
• Expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
• Proficient in using analytics tools to interpret data and derive insights.
• Strong understanding of database management and data integration.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience with segmentation, targeting, and personalization techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional teams.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from ninety thousand dollars to one hundred twenty two thousand dollars, determined based on the applicant’s experience, skillset, education, training, certificates, and licenses.
