You will be part of a team that includes not just your typical SaaS business functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), but also engineers, psychologists, business leaders, and even a world-renowned neuroscientist. We are proud to say that you will be surrounded by some of the smartest, enthusiastic, hard working and dedicated people that you’ll ever meet (at least, that we’ve ever met!).

Who we are looking for:

Creyos is looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that will build awareness, accelerate new customer acquisition, and drive meaningful revenue growth. The Senior Content Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing and work closely with peers in Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations. Your focus will include developing strategies to attract and nurture prospects and customers, generate traffic and leads through search engine optimized content, and collaborate across the marketing team to expertly leverage sponsored and paid marketing channels for wider content distribution.

What you will be doing:

As a Senior Content Marketing Manager at Creyos, you will:

  • Plan, develop, and execute multi-media content strategies focusing on messaging that aligns with why and how our audience buys to generate qualified leads, drive new business opportunities, and grow sales pipeline.
  • Drive accelerated customer and revenue growth through organic channels, leveraging SEO research and knowledge of technical and non-technical best practices, to generate full funnel content that attracts, engages and converts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of target audience needs, pain points, and goals to ensure all content resonates and drives action for each specific vertical and segment.
  • Manage content production with internal and external resources, ensuring all assets are optimized for their intended channel and business objective.
  • Manage content performance through the customer funnel, working closely with Revenue Operations and Sales to ensure high-quality and timely lead follow up and accurate measurement of marketing effectiveness at each stage.
  • Collaborate on paid digital strategies, working cross-functionally to amplify key content pieces through search, social, and other paid channels, with a focus on capturing high-intent leads.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives, partnering to help execute PR and communications strategies to build brand awareness and credibility.
  • Analyze channel and campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate data-driven decision-making and next steps.

The skills and experience we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in a content marketing focused role, ideally with proven success in a senior-level role driving content strategy and execution.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing/sales models and tactics, including buyer personas, lead generation and nurturing, audience segmentation, lead qualification, and sales stages.
  • Expertise in planning and executing content aligned to business goals, buyer journeys, and SEO strategies. Experience managing editorial calendars, workflows, and content quality control.
  • Passionate about understanding the target audience—how they think, why they buy—and using those insights to guide strategic priorities and focus areas
  • Strong storytelling and editorial skills across various formats (blogs, whitepapers, video scripts, case studies, social, website copy etc.), audiences (customers, prospects, and internal teams), and objectives (thought leadership-focused, SEO, demand generation, sales enablement, educational etc.)

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, tools (like SURFER, Ahrefs), and how to create content that ranks and converts.
  • Highly collaborative and skilled at balancing multiple stakeholder perspectives, with experience working closely with demand generation, product marketing, and sales to align content with key messaging.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure content performance, track ROI, and leverage insights to optimize strategy and execution.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content initiatives and deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools, reporting platforms, and content management systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Search Console etc.

Some of the reasons people choose to join the Creyos team include:

  • Grow through our career paths leading to more senior roles. We invest in the development of our team members, provide significant opportunities for growth and career advancement, and do everything we can to support one another to ensure individual and team success.
  • Recharge during our annual company-wide break and extra holidays. In addition to vacation and quarterly Personal Days, every year we take a company-wide break in December to rest and recharge. We also give team members two additional holidays off per year: U.S. Independence Day and U.S. Thanksgiving, which we celebrate as Brain Holidays. We want you to feel motivated and energized at work!
  • Get access to comprehensive employee benefits. We pride ourselves on offering benefits covering medical, dental, vision, mental health, wellness and more.
