Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing Technician - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and analytical support to improve the quality and productivity of the Credentialing Department
• Organize and coordinate functional area support activities and analyze service and production outcomes
• Develop training and documentation for process and performance improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in health insurance, healthcare field, and/or customer service
• Experience as a lead or team member on a project team
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Experience in health plan business or credentialing (preferred)
• Experience in database management and spreadsheets (preferred)
