Creative Producer and Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Producer / Recruiter to manage productions and expand talent networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce branded and commercial content, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Recruit directors, DPs, editors, VFX artists, and other key talent
• Manage vendor relationships and production logistics

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in both creative production and recruiting, preferably within film, advertising, or content studios
• Strong network of talent and vendors
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple timelines
• Availability for in-person coordination and occasional travel, if required
