Key Responsibilities

• Oversee medical record documentation and ensure correct coding practices are followed
• Train and supervise regional coding personnel while collaborating with office and EMR specialists
• Coach and mentor coders to enhance teamwork and performance outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience required
• AAPC CPC Certification required
• 3 - 5 years of experience in healthcare billing or coding
• Supervisory experience is required
• Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding and the revenue cycle
