Cost Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cost Management Consultant to oversee cost management delivery for commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of cost management for real estate projects from planning to closeout
• Develop and present recommended budgets based on project scope and client needs
• Align cost plans with project schedules and manage cash flows and project accruals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
• Sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
