The Remarketing Operations Administrator supports AmeriQuest Used Trucks, the Fleet Remarketing division of Corcentric. Working out of our Bonita Springs, FL office, you will join a driven, entrepreneurial team within an ambitious, global organization. We will provide you with the necessary training and tools to enable you to provide critical administrative support to our team of Fleet Sales Managers.
This key position reports to the Remarketing Operations Manager on our Fleet Remarketing team at AmeriQuest Used Trucks. We’re a dedicated, down-to-earth group in a growing organization offering plenty of opportunity. We look forward to adding you into the mix!

Based out of our Bonita Springs, FL office, this position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to provide essential administrative support to our team of Fleet Sales Managers. Your responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining advertisements to ensure they're accurate and current, performing data entry on equipment listings, and auditing invoices while resolving any discrepancies. You’ll also have the opportunity to research auction sales data, track market activities, and distribute leads to the Fleet Sales team. In addition, you will assist with title processing, generate weekly sales reports, and support various ad-hoc projects. We value proactive individuals with excellent communication skills and a knack for critical thinking. While experience in an administrative role is essential, we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. If you have a background in business administration, fleet sales, or have dabbled in title processing, that’s a bonus – but no worries if you're still learning!
