Are you a data-driven professional with expertise in delivering social insights, writing advanced Boolean queries and using social listening tools? We are seeking Freelance Social Listening Specialists to join our team. You will work to understand client needs and find solutions, going in-depth to surface compelling qualitative and quantitative insights and presenting them in excellent written English
You will create complex Boolean queries, rules, alerts, sentiment QA, tags, and categorisations according to client needs. You will also refine search queries, maintain dashboards, and optimise workflows to enable exceptional insights for our clients.
