Executive Protection Coordinator

Control Risks is looking to hire an Executive Protection Coordinator to support a major client of ours. This role will be responsible for providing logistical and administrative support for the Executive Protection program scheduling, report writing, administration and broader logistics for the EP Team.

This position is remote, but will require the candidate to work EST or CST hours.

  • Coordinate logistics for executive protection (EP) movements, events, and related security operations
  • Manage scheduling support for EP-related functions, including briefings, advance work, and team deployments
  • Serve as liaison between executive assistants, EP team leads, and third-party security vendors
  • Track and manage invoicing, purchase orders, and other administrative functions tied to EP operations
  • Support documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping for executive travel and security activity
  • Assist the EP Director and team leads with ad hoc tasks, program updates, and operational coordination
  • Maintain internal calendars and tracking tools to ensure alignment across security and executive schedules
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding tasks, deliverables, and support requests tied to EP efforts
  • Help ensure compliance with internal protocols, confidentiality expectations, and security guidelines
  • Facilitate consistent communication across support functions, including travel teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders

  • 2-4 years of experience in logistical and administrative role within a security function. Additional preference will be given to candidates with experience coordinating and administrative executive protection teams.
  • Experience making high-stress decisions in a fast paced, dynamic environment with the ability to work with little to no supervision.
  • Proven ability to maintain composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, executive assistants, and the public, including under conditions of urgency and in high-pressure situations
  • Possess analytic ability, creativity, keen attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to address unanticipated issues
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate at all levels
  • Proven ability as a self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team to deliver high value customer support
  • Must possess a valid U.S. passport and driver's license with a clean record
  • Willingness to travel on a limited basis as needed.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Possess basic first-aid knowledge and be willing to obtain CPR certification

The base salary range for this position is $70000-$80000 per year. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
