• Craft, refine, and test Help Center articles and customer support responses
• Develop and optimize content for a support-focused Large Language Model (LLM)
• Champion content standards and leverage data-driven insights to inform content decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or content strategy
• 6+ months of experience with Generative AI and/or LLMs
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS)
• Experience with project management tools
