Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in content creation or communication, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
  • Ability to understand customer expectations and their lifecycle
  • Experience with form creation and survey tools (Typeform) and proficiency in Hubspot for email marketing
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker) and project management tools (Asana, Notion, Slack) is a plus
