Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Driven Health Strategy & Engagement Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the Consumer-Directed Healthcare (CDH) segment strategy
• Collaborate with sales and relationship management teams to enhance client retention and support new business initiatives
• Lead the creation of segment-specific campaigns and deliver training on CDH product value and industry trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in benefits, healthcare, or financial services
• Experience in client-facing or sales support roles
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organizational environment
• Demonstrated success in influencing and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
