Legal Assistant - Contractual (US Law Firm, WFH)

Salary: P400 per hour

Schedule: 09:00 PM - 06:00 AM Manila time

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a legal setting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant.
• Proficiency in using Clio Practice Management Software.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in legal research techniques and using legal databases.
• Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience supporting C-level executives or senior management.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.

What will you do?

• Provide administrative support to one or more attorneys, including managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical legal files, ensuring documents are easily accessible and up to date.
• Conduct legal research and compile relevant information from various sources.
• Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, and external parties.
• Handle incoming calls and correspondence, prioritizing and responding as appropriate.
• Assist with billing and invoicing as needed, including tracking billable hours and expenses.
• Make travel arrangements and accommodation as needed.
• Manage special projects and tasks as assigned by attorneys or senior staff.
