IT Admin Assistant (AU Retail, Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday - Friday with flexible start times between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM PHT.

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Ability to develop and maintain systems and processes for IT engineering
• Comfortable with version control (e.g., Git).
• Ability to demonstrate high level of effective team management
• Ability to communicate effectively and summarize information to management, team and customers

Nice to Have:

• Experience in procurement and vendor management
• Strong customer service attributes

What will you do?

• Order and maintain records of telecommunication and data services
• Ensure all IT accounts are paid in full and on time
• Communicate with vendors when required
• Maintain application licenses, and procurement of licences.
• Process management requirements
• Expense forms, Travel, Accommodation expenses.
• Change of Ownership forms, Purchase Orders and associated approvals.
• Maintain purchases made by the department and adhering to payment terms and conditions.
• Maintain contract database and vendor details are as up to date as possible in service now.
