Digital Performance Coordinator (AU IT Services, Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Hands on experience with creative design tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, Canva
• Experience with website CMS management (eg. Sitecore, Drupal etc. )
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high-level attention to detail
• Hands on experience with database marketing and email marketing tools (eg. Marketo)
• Google suite (Google Ads, Google Analytics)

Nice to Have:

• Excellent workflow and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
• 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles, with demonstrated success in campaign execution and optimisation.

What will you do?

• Execute on creating and optimising landing pages to deliver high performance and conversion rates.
• Assist with delivering and optimising digital paid campaigns.
• Assist with SEO tasks, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and monitoring site performance.
• Execute and support email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and accurate audience targeting.
• Extract, analyse, and compile data from digital marketing campaigns into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the Performance Manager to identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights.
• Demonstrate initiative in troubleshooting issues in campaigns and suggesting solutions.
• Take the initiative to self-learn about platform updates (e.g., Marketo, GA etc.) and apply new learnings to campaigns.
• Continuously improve knowledge and keep abreast of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, marketing managers, and web developers as needed to execute high-performing campaigns.
