Customer Service Agent - Email Support (US Car Rental, Office-based)

Schedule: Monday- Friday (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Must have experience working in a car rental and/or travel industry
• Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and Salesforce software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

What will you do?

• Handling customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborating with branch locations to provide seamless service.
• Coordinating with booking partners to help our mutual customers with any queries.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
• Providing exceptional support through various communication channels (phone and email)
