A company is looking for an Expert Coach I responsible for driving behavior changes and improving clinical outcomes for members.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct member outreach to promote behavior change and enhance clinical outcomes
• Engage with members through various communication tools to provide support and accountability
• Maintain accurate case documentation and complete necessary administrative duties

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or MA/EMT/Paramedic certification
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare delivery or related environment
• Customer service experience
