EMEA Marketing Intern

The Role – EMEA Marketing Intern (6 months):

We are looking for a motivated EMEA Marketing Intern to support our EMEA Marketing Project Coordinator in managing marketing activities across different countries. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment and develop key marketing skills in the FMCG industry. As part of the marketing team, you will assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, aligning with internal teams, and supporting distributors requests to ensure smooth and effective brand execution.

Location:

This role is required to be based at our office in Zug, Switzerland. This position is in-office 4 days per week and remote 1 day per week on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all marketing documents and files are up to date and accessible to internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with internal and external teams to align on upcoming product launches plan and ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
• Help maintaining company-wide dashboard to maintain consistent and accurate timelines and calendar per country
• Facilitate POS requests from distributors, including gathering requirements, assigning tasks to creative teams, and project follow up and ensuring timely delivery of assets
• Support the ideation, development, and execution of marketing activations aimed at driving sales

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in business, marketing or communication
• Prior experience in marketing, trade marketing, or project coordination
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
• A team player with a positive and enthusiastic “can-do” attitude
• Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
