Procurement Analyst

What you will be doing:

As a Procurement Analyst, you’ll ensure seamless vendor partnerships and cost-effective sourcing for our global Engineering Operations team. Your work will directly support our commitment to responsiveness, compliance, and innovation in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

In this role you’ll:

• Partner with Engineering teams to source IT, SaaS, and cloud infrastructure vendors, negotiating contracts that align with cost, compliance, and risk standards.
• Optimize vendor terms (SLAs, pricing, scalability) in collaboration with internal stakeholders, legal and finance team to support company goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with global vendors
• Monitor supplier performance (e.g., delivery timelines, cost savings, service utilization rates).
• Analyze spend data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and savings opportunities using Google suite and BI tools.
• Develop real-time dashboards to track procurement metrics for stakeholders.
• Streamline complex procurement workflows in collaboration with Engineering teams (e.g., automating approvals via JIRA).

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years in procurement, vendor management, or FinTech/IT operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage high-value IT/cloud vendors.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., anti-corruption laws, GDPR).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with procurement software (Coupa, Ariba) or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Familiarity with JIRA for workflow management.
