We’re looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to lead, innovate, and optimize marketing strategies with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and results. This key leadership role combines creativity, data analysis, and technology to drive sustainable revenue growth while maximizing unit economics like CAC:LTV (Customer Acquisition Cost to Lifetime Value).
You’ll leverage the latest AI tools to accelerate campaigns, improve targeting, and optimize performance across all channels. With your data-driven mindset and passion for growth, you’ll define and execute strategies that enhance engagement, conversion rates, and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Growth Leadership:
- Develop and implement growth marketing strategies focused on efficiency, scalability, and improving CAC:LTV.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and business stakeholders to execute impactful campaigns across email, content, advertising, events, social, and sales enablement.
- Stay ahead of market trends, leveraging AI and tools to optimize acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.
- Campaign Optimization & Performance Management:
- Own and optimize key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website CTAs, and lead-generation forms.
- Design and implement A/B tests, constantly iterating to improve performance and ROI.
- Experiment with innovative acquisition campaigns and channels to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Analyze campaign and revenue performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and strategic recommendations for executive-level stakeholders.
- Funnel Management & Sales Alignment:
- Oversee the lead lifecycle, ensuring smooth handoff and alignment between marketing and sales teams.
- Implement best practices in account-based marketing (ABM), lead nurturing, and demand generation to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:- Growth Marketing Expertise:
- 5+ years in growth or performance marketing, with demonstrated success in B2B SaaS companies.
- Proven ability to directly impact metrics such as revenue, CAC:LTV, and customer retention through past campaigns.
- Data Fluency & Analytical Skills:
- Passion for analyzing and interpreting data to drive marketing decisions and improve outcomes.
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, 6Sense, and Qualified.
- AI-Driven Innovation:
- Familiarity with AI marketing tools and technologies, including prompt engineering and campaign optimization techniques.
- Strategic & Executional Skills:
- Solid understanding of marketing funnel dynamics and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Expertise in project management, with the ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration & Communication:

$125,000 - $140,000 a year
The compensation range for this role is specific to the United States and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role would be $125,000-$140,000 plus applicable bonus/benefits offerings, etc as those similarly situated within the Company.
