• 4+ years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or project management.
• Proven success managing complex event timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; thrives under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing external vendors and agencies; comfortable reviewing contracts and scopes.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Airtable, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Bonus: Experience with creative workflows, brand environments, or content production.

• Duration: Mid-June 2025 - November 2025
• Lead end-to-end project management of ComplexCon and internal meetings. 
• Own project timelines, budgets, production schedules, and workback plans; ensure milestones are met across internal and external teams.
• Serve as the main liaison between internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all creative assets and messaging are delivered on time and aligned with brand guidelines.

• Background in trade shows, creative agencies, entertainment, or consumer brands.
• Familiarity with experiential builds and A/V production.
• Passion for storytelling, immersive experiences, and audience engagement.
