PMO Specialist

Companial is looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist to join the project management office (PMO) team in Vilnius or Kaunas. As a PMO Specialist, your job will be to ensure efficient coordination and completion of administrative project management tasks.

• Support PMO functions with a focus on administrative tasks and operational efficiency
• Ensure the timely and accurate update of data in project management software (e.g., Teamwork, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SharePoint)
• Maintain and improve project documentation by updating manuals, tracking project statuses, and providing necessary project support
• Monitor and enforce PMO processes and procedures, ensuring compliance across all projects
• Act as a key communication bridge, escalating issues to the relevant stakeholders promptly
• Assist Project Managers in preparing timesheets and reports, gathering required data/files, and supporting resource management activities within internal tools

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management tools is a plus
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to details, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in your work
• Strong organizational abilities, capable of adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
