Job Summary

A company is looking for a Communications Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate communications and outreach materials
• Create web and social media content to inform stakeholders about the Child Support Program
• Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information to payees, payers, employers, and government officials

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in developing and implementing strategic communications plans
• Proficiency in at least three specified software programs (e.g., SharePoint, Adobe, social media)
• Experience in creating written communications materials
• Education or training in English grammar, Literature, or Journalism
• Experience in designing graphics for diverse audiences
