Key Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, research, and financial reporting
• Organize celebrity/influencer projects and track related events and correspondence
• Draft communications and maintain detailed records of celebrity interactions and media coverage

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a fast-paced office setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Interest in and knowledge of celebrity culture
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle high-profile interactions discreetly
