Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Property & Casualty Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for Commercial P&C products, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating insurance concepts into actionable requirements
• Maintain knowledge of state-specific insurance rules and ensure product compliance across all jurisdictions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Insurance, Business, or related field; advanced degree or actuarial credentials preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Commercial P&C insurance with expertise in product development and regulatory compliance
• Strong understanding of Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, BOP, General Liability, and E&O insurance products
• Proven experience navigating regulatory environments across various US jurisdictions
• Familiarity with insurance systems, data structures, and business analysis methodologies
