Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Community Health Worker Services in Colorado.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team by partnering with community organizations to recruit and hire Community Health Workers (CHWs) and administrative staff
• Oversee day-to-day programmatic and personnel operations while ensuring high-quality patient support
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance the presence and effectiveness of CHW programs in the community

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Social Work, Public Health, Population Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 5 years of healthcare experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role focused on operational excellence
• Experience in recruiting, managing, and developing high-performing staff
• Proven track record of developing community-facing programs and sustaining successful external partnerships
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
