Junior Data Analyst | GIS | Data & Analytics

Services include brokerage sales and leasing (landlord and tenant representation), lease administration, real estate management, valuation, consulting, project management, project marketing and research. We provide our services across the core sectors (office, industrial, retail and hotel) as well as many specialised property types. 

We are looking for a student or a talented Junior Data Analyst who is passionate about building solutions that leverage various analytical tools, including ESRI ArcGIS. The ideal candidate will have a background in spatial data analytics or data visualisation.
 

Key responsibilities:

• Data Products Development and Deployment: recognize opportunities, design, build, and maintain custom data products using ArcGIS (incl. Story Maps, Dashboards) and other technologies to address specific business requirements.
• Support and Maintenance: provide ongoing support, troubleshooting and optimization of ArcGIS data products.
• Collaboration: work closely with various business departments and business analysts, to understand requirements and to deliver effective solutions.
• Research and Data Collection: research and updating of commercial property information
• Documentation: create comprehensive documentation for solutions.
   

Our requirements:

• fluent spoken and written English;
• advanced ArcGIS knowledge;
• a strong interest in cutting-edge technologies, particularly in AI;
• strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to design and clearly articulate complex solution;
• high problem-solving skills and ability to work individually or in a team;
• effective communication skills to interface with stakeholders and end-users;
• PowerBI knowledge will be an advantage.
