Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, STARS Clinical Practice Performance - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the Stars Program for specific regions within multiple ISNP contracts
• Develop and prepare for monthly market and regional level meetings to discuss Star performance and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with leadership to implement Star initiatives and coordinate quality improvement activities

Required Qualifications

• Clinical and/or operational background in Medicare Advantage with 5+ years in quality operations
• 3+ years of experience in STARS rating program management
• Proficiency in creating and presenting high-level PowerPoint presentations to executive audiences
• Experience in formulating strategic initiatives to enhance clinical performance
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analyzing operational data and identifying trends
