Clinical Pharmacology Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director/Director of Clinical Pharmacology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinical pharmacology efforts on multidisciplinary oncology teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide pharmacokinetic expertise for study design, data analysis, and interpretation
• Develop and implement pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic models to inform drug development decisions

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience for Associate Director or 8+ years for Director in clinical pharmacology
• Experience with nonclinical and clinical pharmacokinetic protocol design
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in pharmacokinetic testing
• Experience in Model Informed Drug Development
