Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Mgr Clinical Data Mgmt.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee GSO-DM Project Leads to ensure timely delivery of all timelines and deliverables
• Plan and lead all aspects of GSO-DM activities for various therapeutic area programs and projects
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive forward initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 10 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 12 years of experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams, projects, or programs
• Extensive experience in clinical data management within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
• Direct oversight experience in data management study start-up, maintenance, and closeout
• Experience in risk, resource, and stakeholder management
