Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Administrator to provide essential support services to the client services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full resolution of tickets and oversee client email communications
  • Assist with quarterly Public Media drive preparation and create/update Knowledge Base Articles
  • Function as a liaison between client companies and operations staff
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a virtual contact center environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Proven experience as a call/contact center supervisor or similar position
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Communications preferred
  • Experience in high-level customer service is required
