Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Implementation Analyst II (EDI) to manage electronic setup, testing, and go-live of IT projects related to Client Claims Processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client requests for accessing and customizing products using EDI and Web Services
• Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Conduct testing and analysis to resolve issues and implement process improvements for claims workflows

Required Qualifications and Education

• 3+ years of experience as a healthcare analyst with a focus on claims processing
• Comprehensive understanding of EDI, Web Services, and HIPAA protocols
• Ability to create SQL queries and analyze EDI data within an Oracle database
• Experience with testing methodologies and defect tracking systems
• BS in a related technical discipline or equivalent combination of experience and training
